on server startup CPU 100%

Ubuntu OpenLiteSpeed WordPress 5.8.1 on Ubuntu 20.04
Size:8 vCPUs
16GB / 160GB Disk

I did not perform any updates on anything, out of nowhere I tried logging into the site and realised the server was lagging and eventually went down. The lag is so bad i cant even SSH into the server and I need to use the recovery console.

I am unable to access the LiteSpeed panel. I have no idea how to fix it.

Was it under any attack? Please update OLS to the latest version and try to monitor the access log if you can. If it's still happening, please report the issue to support@litespeedtech.com with the forum post link appended for further help.

I was suffering from the same problem
The openlitespeed process always reaches 100%-110%, I have disconnected the domain from the server, meaning there is no access from the outside but still reaches 100% connection.
I have changed different versions
- Latest 1.7.16, 1.7.17, 1.7.18, 1.7.19 but everything is still the same and cannot be fixed.
If anyone has fixed it, please let us know

It sounds like a different issue, any error in the error log? Have you checked the `top`, Does any script keep running?
