invalid credentials

When I try to access OpenLiteSpeed Admin panel it says "Invalid credentials." even before entering the credentials, like the prompt is visible right after opening login page. Now am unable to login even after entering correct creds

Hi there: I followed up every threath in this forum and oficial forum too searching this error. As suggestios of some admin i checked the logs without success, i change the permission of .htpassword file, i change the password 5 times. Please can you give me some ideas. Regards Julio Herrera...
